Cement based, elastic and antibacterial joint filler with high polymer additive, which is suitable for application to joint gaps, ranging between 2 and 10 mm, in indoors and outdoors spaces, and is resistant to temperature changes and also water resistant.

MegaFuga Flex is suitable for use on all types of coating with joint gaps, ranging between 2 to 10 mm, on such floors applied with ceramic, natural stone, granite ceramic, marble etc., on such wet areas as bathrooms, terraces, on such floors with floor heating, where extremely high temperature changes occur, on such floors that are exposed to busy pedestrian traffic and on horizontal and vertical joint gaps in indoors and outdoors spaces.

• Bending strength after dry storage: ≥ 2.5 N/mm² TS EN 12808 - 3
• Bending strength after freezing - thawing cycles: ≥ 2.5 N/mm² TS EN 12808 - 3
• Compression strength after dry storage: ≥ 15 N/mm² TS EN 12808 - 3
• Compression strength after freezing - thawing cycles: ≥ 15 N/mm² TS EN 12808 - 3
• Contraction: ≤ 3 mm/m TS EN 12808 - 4
• Reduced water absorption after 30 minutes: ≤ 2 gr TS EN 12808 - 5
• Reduced water absorption after 240 minutes: ≤ 5 gr TS EN 12808 - 5
• The foregoing values represent the results of the laboratory tests conducted at 23 ± 2°C temperature and 50% ± 5 relative humidity conditions. The values provided as per the table may vary depending on the surface and ambient conditions.

Application Limits
• Useful time for prepared mortar - Pot life: Maximum 1.5 hours
• Drying time: Minimum 12 hours
• Opening the traffic: 24 - 48 hours
