MegaTamir Grout T105 can be used in steel and prefabricated structures, machine and crane foundations, foundation sockets, shear walls, column heads, mounting of steel columns to the foundation. It is used in the assembly of railway beds, precast building columns, concrete anchors, support plates, gas and steam turbines, generators, compressors, press and lathe benches, drilling machines, and filling all kinds of gaps, holes and openings. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use on horizontal surfaces.

• 7th Day Compressive strength ≥ 50 N/mm2 TS EN 12190

Application Limits
• Use time of the prepared mortar - Pot life: Maximum 45 minutes.
• Application thickness: 10-70 mm
• Layer thickness that can be applied in one go: Maximum 50 mm (in one layer)
• Time required for second coat application: 2-3 hours
• Surface drying: Minimum 5 hours
• Full drying: 24 hours
• During the application, the surface and ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
Mixing Ratio
• It is mixed with water at the rate of 17-19% of its weight. (4.25 – 4.75 liters of water for 25 kg packaging)
Consumption
• Recommended consumption amount for 1 mm thickness per 1 m2; It is 2.0 - 2.5 kg. This value may vary depending on the surface and ambient conditions.
