It can be easily applied on concrete, plaster, screed plaster, exposed concrete, aerated concrete, briquette, comb mosaic, betopan and old painted surfaces after the recommended floor formation and priming process.
APPLICATION
The surfaces to be applied must be dry, clean and free of dust. Old and swollen painted surfaces should be scraped and cleaned. Newly plastered surfaces should be waited for at least 4 weeks before application. Damaged and loose surfaces and surfaces with hairline cracks should be putty with “Düfa Acrylic Exterior Putty”. It is recommended to use a single coat of "Silosan Silicone Covering Primer" or "Silosan Silicone White Primer" as a primer in case of color changes, to reduce the consumption of topcoat paint after the correction process, to increase the adhesion of the paint to the surface. The surfaces to be applied should be protected against precipitation and frost in order to avoid drying problems. If the application will be made at temperatures above 35°C and between 12-16 hours, the surfaces of the buildings that are not exposed to the sun should be preferred. “Silosan Silicone Grainy” should be applied to the surfaces on which primer application has been made, in a single layer without diluting. The paint should be spread homogeneously on the surface with a roller, then a grainy pattern should be given from top to bottom without scanning too much with the pattern roller. It should be applied in teams to avoid pattern and drying problems. Application temperature should be between 5˚C and 35˚C.
DRYING TIME
Dry to the touch: 3-4 hours.
Complete drying: 24 hours. (23°C and 50% Humidity)
CONSUMPTION
Depending on the absorbency and type of the surface, an area of 1–1.2 kg/m² is painted in one coat. For exact consumption, field sample study should be done.
