Flotal E is the brand of Şişecam's ecological mirror produced without copper and lead. All mirrors produced by Şişecam are marketed under the Float E brand. It is a decorative material that illuminates the space with its high-light reflection feature, enriching it with an enlargement and expansion effect. Flotal E is clear as standard and can be produced in smoked, bronze, blue, and green colors upon request. As an important part of interior decoration, Flotal E is used in living spaces, living rooms, hallways and bedrooms, stores, sports and exhibition halls, kindergartens, wet and humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, as well as in furniture design, to add depth and dimension to the space and to make the space appear wider, more spacious, higher and brighter.
It is especially recommended to use safety film in places with high mobility and human density that require safety, such as sports facilities, dance, and beauty halls, nurseries, schools, hotel lobbies, and shopping malls, as well as in overhead mirrors and mirrors up to 90 cm high from the ground.
Safety Film should be used in places where mirrors are likely to break, to minimize accidents and injuries. If the mirror breaks, the film holds the glass pieces together, reducing the risk of injury.
In addition to minimizing accidents, it prevents back paint scratches and corrosion in humid environments.
Safety film is applied to the painted back surface of the mirror.
The mirror with safety film should be placed on the surface with double-sided tape or mechanical fasteners.
The safety film to be applied to the mirror must comply with the TS EN 12600 2B2 standard.

Flotal E is an ecological mirror produced with high-strength, copper- and lead-free
chemical paints. Mirror production is based on the principle of obtaining a reflective layer by silver plating on high-quality raw glass after polishing and cleaning. Paint layers are also used to protect the highly reflective silver layer. Less solid/gaseous waste is generated during Flotal E production.
The top protective wet paint used in the production of Flotal E is 100% lead-free. Wet primer contains less than 0.5% lead salt by weight.

• The back surface paint is resistant to silicone and adhesives.
• Resistance of the back paint to silicone and adhesive minimizes the risks of accidents. It has a long service life.
