The interior design of Safi Holding's Headquarters, located in Istanbul's Espadon Tower, has been shaped by TEAM Project Architecture’s unique design vision. The lobbies, meeting rooms, lounges, workspaces, and private areas on the floors designated for the Chairman and Board of Directors have been meticulously designed.

On the floor designated for executive guests, the lobby, guest lounge, meeting rooms, and wet areas have been designed with a contemporary approach. A cohesive harmony has been achieved through a color palette in neutral tones and the selection of natural materials. By incorporating a diverse range of materials, a harmonious contrast is established. The meeting rooms are equipped to provide complete work comfort, creating a balanced atmosphere with the use of refined materials and modern furnishings. The continuity of the expansive openings on the façade is maintained in the wet areas, ensuring a consistent visual connection with the surroundings and offering users varied experiential spaces.

On the floor designated for the Chairman of the Board, the workspace, guest lounge, and rest areas have been designed as an integrated whole with open and transparent transitions. This visual coherence is achieved through harmonious and minimalist material choices. The spaces are differentiated by accessories and auxiliary design elements in various colors and textures. The contemporary design lines of the space are maintained, enhancing the sense of depth. In the workspace, the exposed ceiling emphasizes the stark contrast of the reinforced concrete cassette ceiling, while maximizing height to create an airy environment. The 4-meter-long desk designed for the Chairman of the Board not only provides an efficient working space but also offers practical use for impromptu meetings. The dominant materials used in the space are derived from the components of this desk.

On the top floor of the tower, the design of the lobby, cigar room, lounge area, and service spaces continues the distinguished character and high-level comfort found on the other floors. Reflective vertical surfaces, dark wood panels, and Calacatta marble flooring in the entrance and lobby areas create a sophisticated aesthetic within the space. In the cigar room, the Calacatta marble and solid wood flooring blend seamlessly, while the wooden panel on the wall is complemented by a Calacatta-framed console, enriched by a liquid fireplace unit. To enhance the enjoyment of the view of the Islands, the seating arrangement is oriented around the fireplace. In the service cabinet, the use of black lacquer and smoked glass reduces prominence, with the Buben&Zorweg Humidor becoming the focal point of the room.

The interior arrangement of Safi Holding Headquarters reflects a timeless aesthetic with its wide range of materials, sharp transitions, and minimalist touches. This approach has imbued the design with a permanent and sophisticated aesthetic, far removed from a transient appearance.
