In the Espadon Tower office project, meticulously designed by TEAM Project Architecture, a modern and transparent interior space is presented. This project, which includes the entrance area, waiting area, meeting room, executive office, open office space, and wet areas, prioritizes both aesthetics and functionality.
The reception and waiting area plays a critical role in creating the first impression for visitors. This area is designed to be spacious and airy, enhanced with modern furnishings. Parametric partitions and lighting units are key elements that shape the design character of the space. The partitions not only emphasize the separation between different zones but also highlight the dynamic identity of the interior. LED lighting units, arranged in a linear layout, ensure a controlled distribution of artificial light. The harmony between these lighting elements and the geometric patterns applied on the floor reflects a holistic design approach within the project. Shared workspaces are designed in an open-plan layout, seamlessly integrated with the reception area. Acoustic panels placed between desks contribute to both visual and sound insulation.
The meeting rooms and executive offices are enclosed by expansive glass surfaces that reflect transparency and modernity. These glass panels facilitate optimal natural light usage throughout the space, presenting a cohesive design approach between areas. The perception of openness and spaciousness created by the transparent surfaces enhances both the psychological and physiological comfort of users.
