Ekato Headquarters

2013
The EKATO headquarters, a prominent manufacturer of industrial agitators, underwent expansion in 2013 with the addition of new administration and office buildings. The interior design adopts a modern and minimalistic style. The office layout, notable for its efficient use of space, is structured around flexible working principles.
The building has three stories, as mandated by legal restrictions. To maintain consistent floor heights, professional solutions were used to conceal the building's installations and technical equipment under suspended ceilings. Durlum's metal ceiling systems were chosen to meet the project requirements. With Durlum's consultancy, suitable solutions were implemented for the seamless integration of partition walls, installations, lighting elements, and heating and cooling ceilings.
The flexibility of the workspaces is achieved thanks to the 1.25 m wide S5.6 FH C-channel ceiling systems. These systems work in perfect harmony with the dividing walls, allowing for quick and easy installation of office units for 2, 4, 6, and 8 people.
The easy installation of the S5.6 FH C-channel ceiling systems and their ability to adapt to the reorganization of dividing walls perfectly address the need for quickly converting flexible workspaces, which has become essential today. This allows for the effortless creation of larger spaces by removing partition walls when needed. Additionally, Durlum has developed ceiling systems with a width of 2.25 m and integrated LED luminaires specifically for corridors.
