OC-Plan 4230 is a synthetic roof and foundation waterproofing membrane made of Ethylene Copolymer Bitumen (ECB) with central glass fleece and non-woven fleece backing (250 g/m²), with one- or double-sided fleece-free self edge. OC-Plan 4230 is used for the water proofing of industrial metal flat roofs, concrete flat roofs, terrace and green roofs, ponds, water storage units, foundations and walls.
