DAP Yapı's prestigious new project Nişantaşı Koru reinterprets luxury living with a "healthy living" approach in the heart of Istanbul. Located adjacent to a 60,000 square meter grove area between American Hospital and Ihlamur Pavillion, the project promises a life integrated with nature. Designed with a 'Healthy Home' concept, Nişantaşı Koru prioritizes residents' health and comfort while addressing modern living needs and an environmentally harmonious future.

The project features impressive ceiling heights ranging from 4 to 8 meters and spacious terraces, offering both interior spaciousness and uninterrupted views of the Bosphorus, grove, and Nişantaşı. Some apartments include private pools, fireplaces, and luxury-enhanced living spaces. The project's centerpiece includes 100,000 square meters of natural scenery, private gardens, and walkable green spaces, combining villa comfort with apartment living.

With building heights of 5-10 floors and limited residential units, Nişantaşı Koru offers aesthetics that complement the city skyline and is notable for its proximity to Abdi İpekçi Street, shopping centers, and healthcare facilities.
