The trapezoidal wall panels solution is powered by Kingspan's next generation hybrid insulation, QuadCore Technology, which delivers enhanced performance across four areas: fire, thermal, environmental and longevity.

QuadCore KS100PRW Wall Panels are throughfix, trapezoidal profiled, insulated wall panels which can be used in both vertical and horizontal orientation.

• Cover width: 1000 mm
• Core Thickness: 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 mm
• Profile: 42 mm deep trapezoidal
• Fixing Method: Through-Fixed
• Lengths from 2.2 - 18 m (subject to transportation limitations)
• High Performance QuadCore Insulation Core

QuadCore KS100PRW Wall Panels are tested to:

• FM 4880 Class 1 fire rating of building panels or interior finish materials, unlimited height for thicknesses 40 –200 mm
• FM 4881 Class 1 exterior wall systems, unlimited height for thicknesses 40 –200 mm
• FM 4882 Class 1 interior wall panels in smoke sensitive occupancies (pharmaceutical manufacturing & storage areas, and food preparation & storage areas or similar occupancies) for thicknesses 40 –200 mm

FM approvals are subject to the following certified names:
For 1000 mm widths: KS100PRW
