The architectural project belongs to AS Mimarlık and Gökhan Aksoy Mimarlık and has a construction area of 30 thousand square meters. The project land in the Gökçebel region has a sloping structure overlooking the bay. In addition to 46 villas, the project includes a restaurant, an outdoor pool, a sports area, an indoor car park, etc. There are also social facilities.

Since the main purpose of the project was to create a housing project integrated with its natural environment, soil and wood tones were preferred and attention was paid to reflecting nature. Therefore, the facade is made of natural wood veneer panels mounted on marble and aluminum panels. The texture of the marble and the warmth of the wood adds character to the facade design.
