Suryapı Marka Residence and Mall is a comprehensive mixed-use development located in Nilüfer, one of Bursa's rapidly growing and prestigious districts. This distinguished project features two residential towers of 27 and 22 stories and a 14-story home office block. The entire interior architectural concept, including the shopping center design and the architectural and interior planning of the sales office, has been meticulously executed by TEAM Proje Mimarlık.

Interior space planning is supported by uninterrupted circulation areas and materials are carefully selected according to aesthetic and durability criteria. The furniture and equipment in the common areas have ergonomic and functional features and provide a visual richness that contributes to the spatial narrative.

The gallery space, located under the light roofs, allows natural light to spread homogeneously, shaping the shopping experience as well as serving a sustainable design approach. Storefronts located on the periphery of the gallery space create visual dialog areas between levels and continue the user experience by layering.

The lighting units placed between the wooden slats on the ceiling ensure effective and balanced lighting on each level, and add an aesthetic continuity to the gallery space with a holistic approach on the vertical axis. With a similar design reflex, the projection of the geometric form formed as a result of the change in texture and material on the ceiling was also followed on the floor. In this way, the user experience is maximized by ensuring that each element of the space is in harmony with each other.
