The hotel in Denizli takes its name from the Ancient City of Laodikya. The hotel serves with 56 standard, 20 deluxe rooms, a restaurant with a capacity of 150 people and a meeting room for 45 people.

In the project, "Silver River" marble slabs from Lion Stone Art's own quarry were used.
