Automatic Climbing Formwork/SCP

Brand: Doka

It is an automatic climbing formwork and working platform for high building cores. The curtain formwork and work platform are climbed in one go thanks to a small number of powerful hydraulic cylinders and carried to the next casting floor. In this construction method, the slabs and curtains are poured at once and the core of the building (elevator cavities, staircases) can go ahead of the floors.

It is used for core casting of high-rise structures.

In the high structure core, the ability to raise all the curtain molds independently of the tower crane, depending on the SCP platform, enables the operation of the tower crane even at wind speeds (72 km / h), thus shortening the construction process.
Powerful hydraulic cylinders, each with a capacity of 40 tons, large working and storage areas; enables business processes to be carried out quickly and efficiently.
With the full hydraulic system, a single push of a button quickly raises the entire platform at once.
Thanks to the large mold release areas and the continuously closed platform levels, it can be operated safely and efficiently as at the soil level.
