The COOL-FIT 4.0 product group consists of PE100 pipes, fittings and valve groups covered with 40 mm high insulating insulation. The smooth inner surface of the PE100 pipe in the innermost layer minimizes friction losses and ensures a high efficiency flow. The low thermal conductivity of the insulation layer in the middle layer reduces the energy loss by half on average over the life of the plant. The protective PE layer on the top layer protects the insulation and creates a long-lasting system.
