Two world-famous brands in both home and industrial kitchens - BLANCO and ÖZTIRYAKİLER have made a Joint Venture agreement in order to offer quality products and services together with German technology and Know-How and Turkish entrepreneurship and experience in the Turkish market and neighboring countries and established Blanco Öztiryakiler Company in May 1998. The Turkish partners of the 22-year-old joint venture, Öztiryakiler Family, took over all shares of the Blanco company in October 2019, and as of this date, the company continues its activities under the name ÖZTIRYAKİLER MUTFAK DONANIMI SAN TİC A.Ş, with 100% of the shares belonging to the Turkish partners.
The company headquarters is on Istanbul-Büyükçekmece Hadımköy Road, and there are regional directorates in Ankara and İzmir. In addition to its existing regional sales and marketing units, the companay offers products and after-sales services to consumers through its nationwide dealership system and large market chains. The Company, which exports to Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Cyprus, Iraq, Georgia and other neighboring countries, successfully cooperates with some world-famous brands with its expertise and acclaimed product quality.
OZTIRYAKİLER Group, owned by Turkish partners, has been successfully offering professional and household kitchen appliances in our country and more than 100 countries since 1958. Headquartered in Istanbul Hadımköy, sub-companies affiliated with the group carry out their activities on a turnkey project basis both at home and abroad, as well as sales and after-sales services throughout the country, with 7 main stores and a wide dealership system. In October 2019, the Japanese company "Hoshizaki Corporation", a world brand in professional cooler manufacturing, acquired 28.6% of the shares of Öztiryakiler Madeni Malzeme San Tic A.Ş and became a partner of the Group, making history as the most important joint venture of the year in this sector.
The German company BLANCO GmbH, which produces the company's locomotive products and is also a world brand, was founded in Oberderdingen, Germany, in 1925 and has been offering industrial and household kitchen products to 120 countries, with a history and tradition identified with German quality for nearly 100 years.
PERA sinks have been offered to consumers since May 1998, thanks to the infrastructure of ÖZDİRYAKİLER A.Ş. PERA models, which hold an important place in the market with dozens of classic and modern sink models, faucets, built-in ovens, stoves, hoods-aspirators and microwave ovens, have gained consumer appreciation and appreciation.
In addition, the company signed a distributorship agreement with EMERSON-InSinkErator Division, the manufacturer of the world's most reliable and high-quality garbage disposer brand, in 2014. The service is provided with 4 models of ISE brand garbage disposers.
