Mekpan Panel manufactures the products defined as “Self-Supporting, Double-Surface, Metal-Coated Insulation Panels” in the standards and known as “Sandwich Panel” in the sector and their metal accessories with continuous line technology. It started its activities in 2011 with a single line with an annual capacity of 3.400.000m² in an 8.000m² facility built on 45.000m² in Konya-3rd Organized Industrial Zone.
In 2013, in terms of sustainability, environmental factors, high product quality and production efficiency, it switched to 0 carbon emission Pentan technology, ensuring that the products are environmentally friendly. With the growth decision taken in the ongoing process, it increased its factory closed area from 8,000m² to 30,000m² in 2020. In addition, in line with market needs, it commissioned the 2nd continuous line equipped with the latest technological innovations to produce specially designed products, taking into account customer demands. Thus, it increased its installed capacity from 3.400.000m² to 8.500.000m² and increased its production capability by 250%. Thus, the actual daily production amount reached 25.000m².
2021 was completed in the first ranks among the “Kontinyu Panel Manufacturers” in terms of the amount of actual production realized annually by taking part in the qualified projects of many well-known national and international brands.
Mekpan Panel, which reached an area of 65.000m², 41.000m² of which is closed, with new investments in 2024, has increased its annual production capacity to 35.000 m² actual daily and 13.600.000 m² annual installed capacity with the 3rd line investment commissioned in this year, and realizes the highest capacity panel production in Turkey under a single roof.
