Kaleseramik, which pioneered the establishment and development of the ceramics industry in Turkey, was founded by the late İbrahim Bodur, the Honorary President of the Kale Group, in 1956. In 1957, on the other hand, the foundation of Çanakkale Ceramic Factories was laid as Turkey's first ceramic tile manufacturer.

 

Merging under one roof in 2000, Çanakkale Ceramic Factories Inc. and Kalebodur Ceramic Industry Inc. proceeded on their ways under the name of "Kaleseramik Çanakkale Kalebodur Ceramic Industry Inc".

 

Kaleseramik has brought the sector firsts via its sustainable production technology and innovative approach since its establishment. It currently incorporates Çanakkale Seramik, which creates elegant spaces for those wishing for unique styles with its quality products, Kalebodur, which reflects its experience in its product range as a deep-rooted brand and pioneers the development of both the sector and architectural culture with the innovative products it has developed, Kalesinterflex, which takes ceramic coating products out of their traditional areas of use thanks to its large sizes and matchless design opportunities, Kale Banyo, which brings bathroom designs a modern perspective with environmentally-friendly and human health-friendly products, and T-ONE, which is the innovative face of living spaces and transforms kitchen pleasure into a unique experience.

 

Kaleseramik, which continues its production in four different locations in the Çan and Semedeli districts of Çanakkale, the Yerköy district of Yozgat, and the Bandırma district of Balıkesir, is the 1st largest ceramic tile manufacturer in Turkey, 5th in Europe and 18th in the world, with an annual production capacity of 56 million square meters.

 

Leading the industry with more than 4,500 different products in product groups of ceramic tile, ceramic sanitary ware, faucets, and bathroom furniture, Kaleseramik offers the market around 200 new products every year. The company delivers its products to its customers in 86 countries abroad alongside the national market.

 

Maintaining its investments as part of the journey to be a global brand, Kaleseramik has further strengthened its global position in manufacturing large-sized porcelain slabs, which is the future of ceramics, through a new Kalesinterflex Porcelain Slab production line it put into service in 2023 with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million square meters.

 

Kaleseramik, which ranked 168th in the list of Turkey's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises announced by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry - ISO in 2023, started to be traded on the Borsa Istanbul on July 27, 2023, in line with its domestic and international growth targets, offering 21.25% of the company's shares to the public.

 

Kaleseramik, a global value in Turkey's ceramics industry, which has maintained its production towards a better world since the day it was founded, continues to be the driving force of our country in the 2nd century of the Republic, too.
