HAS Architecture

Besides architectural projects of various buildings such as hotels, hospitals, universities, offices and residences, HAS Mimarlık has realized numerous interior architecture designs and applications especially for office and bank buildings. These include Izmir Büyük Efes Hotel, Hyatt Regency Dushanbe, Algeria El Aurassi Hotel, Anadolu Health Center and Crystal Tower architectural project projects, which require a high level of experience in terms of investment and functions.

 

The firm won the National Architecture Award of the Chamber of Architects in the field of Building in 1990. Anadolu Health Center Hospital held in Gebze was a finalist in the "2006 ULI Excellence Awards" competition opened by the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Aegean Hills project was awarded the 2007 CNBC International Property Award and the Homes Overseas Award gold medal. With echotexture project, World Architecture Community was the first architectural firm in Turkey to receive this award, winning the award in 2008. ING Bank Turkey Kahramanmaras IT and the Operations Center projects Prefabricated Union 2012-2014 "Golden Beams Award" was nude. Finally, Crystal Tower was chosen 7th in the world in Emporis' 2014 high-rise buildings ranking. The Crystal Tower project also received the 2016 the Chicago Athenaeum International ArchiteB36cture award.

 

HAS Mimarlık worked with renowned international architecture firms Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) in 1993, with Rees Associates in 1999, with NBBJ in 2003, with Pei Cobb Freed & Partners in 2006, with Llewelyn Davies Yeang in 2007, with RMJM in 2009. has continued successful business partnerships.                   

 

Recently, 168 m. In Levent, Istanbul. tall Soyak Crystal Tower building was completed with Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners; In addition, the projects of a 120-bed hospital in Basra, Anadolu Health Sciences University in Gebze, Boğaziçi University Kandilli Science and Technology Complex, ING Bank Kahramanmaraş IT & Operation Building, two separate oncology hospitals in Algeria and Al Bidda Park Ceremonial Building in Qatar were prepared. .

 

Currently, two separate projects are underway in Berlin.

 

HAS Mimarlık, BREEAM green building Turkey's first architectural firm evaluator and Evidence Based Design and Certificate of Accreditation (EDAC) is the first and only company owner.
