Calcium Sulfate (CaSO4) core panels are preferred due to their high fire resistance. Calcium Sulfate (CaSO4) filling material is used. There are panel types in various thicknesses. It is used in situations where a high performance floor is required in terms of mechanical strength, fire resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation and limited hygro-sensitivity.
