Wood

• Wing spars 31*45 mm finnger joit spruce or summer fir spars are used.
• 6 mm first class MDF is used on both surfaces of the wing.
• The inner wing filling is honeycomb filled and has small cells.
• Lock and hinge areas inside the wing are reinforced with wood.
• Wing thickness is 6 mm MDF + 31 mm spar + 6 mm MDF, totaling 43 mm.
• Door frames will be manufactured as 12 mm + 18 mm wood + 12 mm MDF (oval or flat can be preferred).
• Headboard moldings will be manufactured as 10 cm wide and 9 mm flat.
• Moldings will be manufactured as 8 cm wide and 10 mm thick flat sills (oval or flat can be preferred).
• Glazing beads of glazed doors will be manufactured with one side fixed on the leaf and the other side demounted.
• 3 butterfly hinges will be used on each door.
• Door leaf (both directions) frame and frames are painted with 2 layers of primer and 2 layers of paint.
